Exhibiting companies are entitled to a specific number of complimentary registrations based on the size of their purchased booth. Exhibiting companies may register additional booth personnel above the allotted comp amount at $435 per person.

Hotel/Airline Discounts

Beware of Housing Scams

AAM is aware that one or more unauthorized companies are using deceptive advertising methods to direct users to fraudulent websites that purport to offer housing for the AAM Annual Meeting & MuseumExpo. Please note that the website listed above is the only site through which users can confirm a hotel room. AAM cannot guarantee your housing if you purchase using an illegitimate website.

Exhibitor Service Kit

MuseumExpo Education

MuseumExpo Show Floor Presentations

30-minute time slots available, $1200 per session

MuseumExpo Solution Center Theaters will provide you 30 minutes of personal time with customers during exhibit hall hours. As an exhibitor this is an opportunity to engage with annual meeting attendees on the show floor to share solutions, best practices and what’s new in the museum industry. These 30-minute presentations are included as part of the Annual Meeting and MuseumExpo conference programming.

Available Friday and Saturday only. Presentations will be held in the exhibit hall.

Industry Session Presentations *

60-minute time slots available, $2400 per session

As an exhibitor or sponsor this is an opportunity to engage with annual meeting attendees outside of the exhibit hall to share solutions, best practices and what’s new in the museum industry.  These 60-minute presentations are included as part of the Annual Meeting and MuseumExpo conference programming and are promoted as presentations providing solutions to daily challenges, best practices or trends, and case studies with museum clients.  There’s never been a better chance to thoroughly promote and demonstrate the features of your products or services – but space is limited so reserve yours today

Attendee Mailing List

Many attendees plan ahead to decide which exhibitors they will visit at the meeting. Promote your presence to them before they make this decision with the AAM 2024 Attendee Mailing List. As a benefit of exhibiting at the 2024 MuseumExpo your company is entitled to one complimentary attendee mailing list to promote your company’s participation, products, and services.

The Attendee List includes each attendee’s name, organization, title, and mailing address. E-mail addresses are not included.
