MuseumExpo: From Inspiration to Implementation

The MuseumExpo at Annual Meeting is at the center of AAM 2026. From happy hours and book signings to hundreds of exhibitors and the poster hall, you can find your next collaborator, museum innovation, and more on the MuseumExpo floor.

AAM is again partnering this year with the Museum Store Association to host an incredible combined expo hall.

MuseumExpo & MSA Exhibitors

AAM is again partnering this year with the Museum Store Association (MSA) to host an incredible combined expo hall. Find the most innovative services, products, and solutions in the museum field. With 350 exhibitors, you are bound to find the right partner for your museum’s current challenges and opportunities.

The MuseumExpo is open 11:30 am – 5 pm on Thursday, May 21 and 9 am – 5 pm on Friday, May 22.

Appointments

Plan ahead and schedule appointments with AAM exhibitors. Appointments can be booked through the mobile app by selecting the company and clicking “Book Appointment.”

Poster Showcase & Poster Talks (Booth 139): There will be over 40 posters on display during MuseumExpo open hours! Plus, check out some of the 10-minute Poster Talks.

Solutions Theater (Booth 1639 and 1039): Solution Theaters will feature presentations by industry experts from key industry organizations. Get high-level views on hot topics and market trends.
