Congratulations on deciding to take your business to the next level at AAM 2026! Below you will find all the logistical information to make your presence at the MuseumExpo a success.

2026 AAM Annual Meeting & MuseumExpo Location and Dates

Tuesday, May 19, 2026, and Wednesday, May 20, 2026; 8 am – 6 pm

Exhibitor Move-Out*

Friday, May 21, 2026; 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Saturday, May 22; 8 am – 2 pm

Registration

Exhibiting companies are entitled to a specific number of complimentary registrations based on the size of their purchased booth. Exhibiting companies may register additional booth personnel above the allotted comp amount at $470 per person.

Hotel/Airline Discounts

Beware of Housing Scams

AAM is aware that one or more unauthorized companies are using deceptive advertising methods to direct users to fraudulent websites that purport to offer housing for the AAM Annual Meeting & MuseumExpo. Please note that the website listed above is the only site through which users can confirm a hotel room. AAM cannot guarantee your housing if you purchase using an illegitimate website.

Exhibitor Service Kit

MuseumExpo Education

MuseumExpo Show Floor Presentations

30-minute time slots available, $1200 per session

MuseumExpo Solution Center Theaters will provide you 30 minutes of personal time with customers during exhibit hall hours. As an exhibitor this is an opportunity to engage with annual meeting attendees on the show floor to share solutions, best practices and what’s new in the museum industry. These 30-minute presentations are included as part of the Annual Meeting and MuseumExpo conference programming.

Solution Theater Schedule

Available Wednesday and Thursday only. Presentations will be held in the exhibit hall.

Promotional Opportunities

Attendee Mailing List

Many attendees plan ahead to decide which exhibitors they will visit at the meeting. Promote your presence to them before they make this decision with the AAM 2026 Attendee Mailing List. As a benefit of exhibiting at the 2026 MuseumExpo your company is entitled to one complimentary attendee mailing list to promote your company’s participation, products, and services.

The Attendee List includes each attendee’s name, organization, title, and mailing address. E-mail addresses are not included. 

Exhibitor Media Toolkit 

Let your customers and prospects know you will be exhibiting at the AAM Annual Meeting & MuseumExpo.  Place your company name in front of attendees long before they enter the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The earlier you start, the more successful you’ll be at driving your target audience to your booth! Utilize the below resources to promote your participation.

• Use sample email copy to start your pre-show outreach early to draw the right customers to your exhibit booth by sharing event information on your website, in newsletters, and email outreach.
