The AAM 2025 Mobile App is critical to a seamless experience at this year’s Annual Meeting and MuseumExpo.
Access the program and plan your schedule (please note that to reduce waste, printed programs were sunsetted after 2019).
Chat with attendees, speakers, and exhibitors, and book appointments while you’re on-site.
Quickly access important information and FAQs, and receive timely notifications from the AAM team.
View the MuseumExpo map to find exhibitors you want to connect with.
Confirm your event tickets (printed event tickets are no longer needed and your badge will be scanned instead).
Take notes on sessions you attend and people you meet, and easily email them to yourself.

Step 1:
The AAM 2025 app is hosted by eShow events. Use the buttons above to download the app for your device.
Launch the eShow events app. You will first be prompted to allow eShow Event to send notifications, which include notifications from AAM during the Annual Meeting. We would suggest allowing these notifications through May 9.
Step 2:
Search for “Museums.” Select the 2025 AAM Annual Meeting & MuseumExpo.
Step 3:
Click the gray “Load” button. It may take a few moments for the event to load.
Step 4:
Once AAM 2025 is loaded, click the “Start” button located at the bottom right.
Once the event has opened, click on the person icon in the center at the bottom of the screen.
Login using the email address you registered with and the password that was included in your confirmation email when you registered. The email is from annualmeeting@aam-us.org with the subject line “Attendee Registration Confirmation.” If you can’t find your confirmation email or your password isn’t working, visit the Attendee Service Center and click “forgot password” to reset your password.
Logging in provides you with access to attendee features, including your planner, chat, and more. Start creating your AAM 2025 agenda, browsing MuseumExpo exhibitors, and chatting with fellow attendees.
