Networking with your colleagues is easier on your wallet this year, we’ve included 1 free evening event ticket with every registration. Choose the Opening or Closing party during registration or attend both by purchasing an extra ticket for $45.
Formerly known as On-Site Insights, Learning Excursions give museum professionals hands-on learning and behind the scenes tours of our local host city museums on Sunday, May 19. These intimate learning experiences are a great place to start networking while learning from your peers.
These experiences are offered in 90-minute, 3-hour, and 6-hour increments. We’ve strategically created the schedule to allow you time to fit in two excursions at most, giving you the opportunity to maximize all that New Orleans has to offer. Tickets range from $15-$45 and with most museums in walking or trolley distance, you’ll get to explore the city while you learn.
More Networking Time
Feel overwhelmed by all the activity? We’ve built in more downtime for you to network, meet and explore our exhibitor offerings, learn from AAM’s professional networks, or explore the New Orleans cuisine and nightlife.
Bring your littles with you! AAM has partnered with KiddieCorp to bring attendees safe and reliable childcare while you attend the conference. Registration for these services closes April 19.
Can’t afford to attend the conference? Consider applying as a volunteer! We’re looking for more than 300 volunteers to help us welcome and assist attendees through the annual conference. In exchange, we’ll give you a complimentary full conference registration. Best of all, you still experience the conference as an attendee. Apply now for this opportunity.
