The AAM 2024 Mobile App is critical to a seamless experience at this year’s Annual Meeting and MuseumExpo.

  • Access the program and plan your schedule (please note that to reduce waste, printed programs were sunsetted after 2019).
  • Chat with attendees, speakers, and exhibitors, and book appointments while you’re on-site.
  • Quickly access important information and FAQs, and receive timely notifications from the AAM team.
  • View the MuseumExpo map to find exhibitors you want to connect with. 
  • Confirm your event tickets (printed event tickets are no longer needed and your badge will be scanned instead).
  • Take notes on sessions you attend and people you meet, and easily email them to yourself. 
  • Download presenter slides and materials after the Annual Meeting has ended.

Follow the step-by-step instructions below (links should be accessed from your mobile device) and watch the tutorial.

  1. The AAM 2024 app is hosted by eShow events. Use the buttons below to download the app for your device.
  2. Launch the eShow events app and search for AAM 2024. Download AAM 2024.
  3. Once AAM 2024 is downloaded, click on the “Start” button on the bottom right.
  4. Sign in using the first option in the menu to access attendee features including your planner, chat, and more. Your email is the same email address you registered with and your Badge ID is the password included in the confirmation email you received after you registered. The email is from annualmeeting@aam-us.org with the subject line “Attendee Registration Confirmation.” If you can’t find your confirmation email or your password isn’t working, visit the Attendee Service Center and click “forgot password” to reset your password.
