Affiliate Events

Affiliates Groups such as non-profit, government or educational organizations may host breakfasts, lunches, receptions and business meetings at the Headquarters Hotel in conjunction with the Annual Meeting.

Requests for affiliate events must be submitted via our online form with a $50 administrative fee. AAM will assign space for the event, and the affiliate will work directly with the hotel to arrange and pay for catering and audiovisual services. The affiliate will be required to contract with and pay a deposit to the Headquarters Hotel, but no room rental or F&B minimum will apply. Events without food or beverage will be accepted on a space-available basis.

Meet-Ups and Other Activities

Groups are welcome to arrange their own Meet-Ups outside of official annual meeting hours. We will begin accepting Meet-Up announcements in early 2017. View the St.Louis Downtown Restaurant Map to see local bars and restaurants.
