The International Lounge is a great place to connect with your colleagues working in other parts of the world. Visit the lounge to network, join an informal roundtable discussion or simply relax and recharge. The International Lounge is located in the Convention Center, Room 123.

International attendees receive a special rate of $295. Register today.
AAM has negotiated discounted room rates for attendees, which must be booked through the Official Housing Bureau. Reserve your room today.
Determine if you need a visa to enter or visit the United States. Citizens of countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program do not need a U.S. visa for business or tourism visits of fewer than 90 days. For those who do need visas, we recommend you begin your process by mid-February or no later than 90 days before the Annual Meeting.

Letters will be sent as attachments via email. Please let us know if you also require a hard copy of the letter. We can only provide letters for the meeting dates (May 7-10) unless you are part of a special program.
